I began rippetoes back in july and havent seen gains anywhere except for in my squats.

I started at 135 lbs and now im up to 255 lbs oh and by the way i havent really gained any weight during that time. The bench press max chart is the old school method of approximating your 1 rep max bench press.



Probably around 200 maybe 210. Then google bench press max calculator punch in that weight and get close max of what his bench is and yours. Im guessing if i was fresher i couldve gotten 35 maybe more.



Try doing a pyramid. At that time my bench was 100 lbs. For reference i can bench 245 around 10x and my max is around 315.
